Certain treatments, packages, and extended appointments may require a deposit to secure the booking.

Deposits are subject to our cancellation policy and may be forfeited in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments cancelled with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice ("No Show, No Call") may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and may affect future booking privileges.

Treatment results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

While we make every effort to provide professional services, individual outcomes may differ based on factors including skin condition, aftercare compliance, lifestyle, medical history, and biological responses.

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.

6. Product Purchases

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. Actual packaging and appearance may vary.

7. Pricing

All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Promotions, discounts, and special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at our discretion.

8. Refunds & Returns

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Opened, used, tested, or partially used products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

9. Gift Vouchers & Promotional Offers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Promotional offers may not be combined unless specifically stated.

Expired promotions and vouchers will not be honored after their expiry date.
