1. Order Cancellations & Modifications

While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
2. Returns & Refunds (Online Store Purchases)
2.1 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To assist us in resolving the matter, please provide:

Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Once the claim has been assessed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Please do not return products without prior authorization from our team.
2.2 Unopened & Unused Products
Returns of unopened and unused products may be considered within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, products must:

Be in a resalable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2.3 Opened or Used Products
Due to hygiene, health, and safety regulations, opened, used, tested, or partially used products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and ingredients before purchasing.
If irritation, sensitivity, or an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. As individual reactions vary, refunds or exchanges cannot be issued in these cases.
3. Salon Services
All salon treatments, packages, deposits, and services are non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with a service received, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess the situation and, where appropriate, discuss a suitable solution.
