This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and cleared.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During promotional periods, product launches, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within South Africa.

Should international shipping become available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, and courier rates.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 1–4 business days

  • Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or high-volume periods.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided during checkout are accurate.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

The Lady Project Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failure to collect the parcel

  • Failure to make arrangements with the courier

  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the parcel.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier service.

Should a parcel be delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we will assist in liaising with the courier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take photographs of the packaging and products immediately.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and supporting photographs.

Claims submitted outside this period may not qualify for replacement or compensation.

Order Collection

Where available, local collection arrangements may be made by prior agreement.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
